A manual bottle can sealing machine is a device used to seal bottles manually.
It is easily operated by hand and does not require a power source or automated mechanisms.
Instruction:
1. Place the bottle that needs to be sealed into the slot on the machine. Ensure that it is aligned properly and securely in place.
2. Adjust the height depending on the bottle you choose.
3. Place the cover on the bottle and use the sealing handle to lower the sealing mechanism onto the container. Apply firm and even pressure to create a tight seal.
4. Once the seal is applied, lift up the handle and carefully inspect the seal to ensure it is tight and secure. Look for any gaps or signs of leakage.
5. If you have multiple bottles to seal, repeat the process for each one, adjusting the machine as needed for different heights of bottles.
Additionally, keep in mind that manual sealing machines are typically used for small-scale or low-volume production environments. For larger production volumes, automated or semi-automated sealing machines may be more efficient.
