Fry Ice Cream Machine Instruction Manual

  1. Manual Fry Ice Cream Machine
  2. Before making fried ice cream, ensure the frying pan is clean.
  3. Turn on the “Refrigeration” switch to pre-cool the machine for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour the prepared ice cream mixture (below 10°C) into the frying pan.
  5. Stir continuously with a wooden spatula to make shaved ice or slush-style frozen desserts.

Note: Do not let the ice freeze too thick, as it will be difficult to stir.

If the ice is too thick, press the “Defrost” button until it’s soft enough to stir.

  1. Automatic Fry Ice Cream Machine – Important Notes
  2. Do not run the machine without sugar in the mixture.
  3. The ratio of sugar to ice cream base should not be less than 10:1.
  4. Running the machine with little or no sugar can cause damage to its components.
  5. When making fried ice cream or ice cream rolls, avoid making it too hard or completely dry.

Too hard texture will easily damage the scraper and frame.

  1. If the base is frozen too hard, press the defrost button until the blade can scrape easily.
