After the dough is made, it should be smooth and sticky but not too runny like water. Then put the dough into the Takoyaki machine and leave it for 4 minutes until all the balls become half-baked.
While you are waiting, cut the octopus into bite size pieces and put them on a plate with other ingredients like shrimp, cheese or anything else you want to eat in your Takoyaki.
When the dough becomes half-baked, put some of your favorite ingredients on top of each ball one by one. The Takoyakis are very tasty. However, they are best eaten fresh.
