Making Smoothie
1. The raw materials of the smoothie
▲ The smoothie/slush is made from sugar and water. The mixture of sugar and water should be mixed by a ratio of 1:5.
▲ If the sugar is insufficient, the evaporation tank may freeze, and the malfunction alarm may go off.
▲ DO NOT run the machine without the mixture, or it can result in damage to the machine.
2. The amount of the mixture
▲ The best recipe of the raw materials is 1kg sugar to 5L water.
▲ The appropriate capacity of the rawmaterialsineachcylinderis6L.
▲ The level of the raw materials shall be higher than the blade surface of the auger/spiral scraper, since too few raw materials will easily lead the tank to freeze. In this case, you need to stop the corresponding tank from working. 30 minutes later, after the mixture defrosts, you can replenish raw materials, and restart the machine.
▲ But keep in mind at the same time that too much raw materials will affect the forming time of the smoothie, and the smoothie is easy to overflow due to the volume expansion after forming.
3. Other raw materials of the smoothie
▲ Besides sugar and water, you can also add appropriate essence and other additives, or fruit juiceinto the mixture.
▲ Pure fruit juice is low at sugar, and the sugar is mainly fructose, therefore fruit juicecannot be used in the tankdirectly.
▲ The fruit nectar that contains fruit particlesshall not be used.
