- Before making fried ice cream, ensure the frying pan is clean.
- Turn on the “Refrigeration” switch to pre-cool the machine for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour the prepared ice cream mixture (below 10°C) into the frying pan.
- Stir continuously with a wooden spatula to make shaved ice or slush-style frozen desserts.
Note: Do not let the ice freeze too thick, as it will be difficult to stir.
If the ice is too thick, press the “Defrost” button until it’s soft enough to stir.
- Automatic Fry Ice Cream Machine – Important Notes
- Do not run the machine without sugar in the mixture.
- The ratio of sugar to ice cream base should not be less than 10:1.
- Running the machine with little or no sugar can cause damage to its components.
- When making fried ice cream or ice cream rolls, avoid making it too hard or completely dry.
Too hard texture will easily damage the scraper and frame.
- If the base is frozen too hard, press the defrost button until the blade can scrape easily.
